Michael Goldberg

Michael Goldberg teaches at U.C. Berkeley, U.C. Davis, and maintains a private teaching practice in Berkeley. He received his Masters of Music from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He is currently playing solo and chamber recitals throughout the United States. He is a longtime member of the Left Coast Chamber Ensemble, a group devoted to contemporary music performance and has toured throughout the United States as part of the Alma Duo, an ensemble of violin/viola and guitar.  He has recorded on the Arabesque and Kameleon labels. He has been featured with the Philharmonia Orchestra of London, Philharmonia Baroque, Santa Rosa Symphony, Festival Opera, Berkeley Symphony, Composers, Inc., Empyrean Ensemble, San Francisco Girls' Chorus, Diablo Valley Ballet, and many other Bay Area groups..
